This is an excellent property that is already great yet has tons of potential!! There are great trails around through the property. The trails are excellent for grouse and also deer use them as well being the paths of least resistance. There’s also a couple fields that are in excellent locations to plant food plots hidden from the roads. These locations are key to get deer to feel safe coming out early in the afternoon/evenings and hanging out longer in the mornings. If a person was to mow these, disc them up and plant clover or even a mix of items they could be excellent spots for food plots!! The location is also great where there would be bedding cover in all directions and after a deer are patterned a person could hunt them in tons of different wind directions by just moving around the field edges. This property would be excellent for bow hunting or rifle. Also grouse, bear, trapping etc. The property is a beautiful mix of aspen, maple, white pine, red pine, spruce and fir.
